Online orders

As with all of our online, e-mail and print publications, this Web site was created for the exclusive use of our customers for research and buying purposes. No Actiontec publication may be duplicated, redistributed or modified in whole or part without prior written authorization from Actiontec, Inc.

Orders placed and credit approved by 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday - Friday for items in stock will ship the same day as ordered (see shipping methods).

Orders placed and credit approved on weekends and national holidays will ship the next business day as ordered (see shipping methods).

Keep in mind that credit approval may take several minutes to process after you place your order. Obtaining credit approval usually takes longer for first-time customers, or for larger orders. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

These cutoff times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.

Insurance
All orders shipping to the continental United States are insured at no additional charge.

International orders
Currently, Actiontec's online store ships orders anywhere within the continental United States. Actiontec does not ship orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Actiontec continually monitors the growth of its e-commerce site and will periodically review this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods: Credit cards
Actiontec accepts Visa and MasterCard cards. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

Pricing
Because of the fast-moving nature of the personal computing industry, prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur, and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. If you have ordered a product that is subject to a price increase, we will hold your order and inform you of the increase.

Availability
If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know. We will also provide you with the best estimate of when the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. The availability information presented on our Web site and provided by our account managers is the best, most up-to-date information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability.

Sales tax
In accordance with statutory regulations, Actiontec charges sales tax ( 8.25% ) on all shipments to customers in the state of California.

Changes and errors
We do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, but occasionally mistakes do occur. Pricing, product availability and offers subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to make changes without notice due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation, or typographical, photographic or technical errors in online or print advertising.

Return Policies: General policy
Money Back Guarantee (MBG) applies only to products so designated. Products covered by a MBG will gladly be accepted for return within 20 days, or as specified by the MBG. All other purchases are final, unless the product is defective.

After 20 days, the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty apply.

No returns for credit will be accepted without a return for credit (RFC) authorization number. To request a return for credit, please speak to one of our account executives. RFC numbers are valid for ten business days after issue. Your RFC number(s) must appear clearly on the shipping box you are returning.

In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s) and software. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by Actiontec Electronics.

Terms, conditions and policies subject to change without notice. Actiontec is not responsible for late or delayed shipments or system failures. Actiontec retains title to items purchased until said items are paid for by the purchaser and at that time the title passes to purchaser. If you purchase items for the purpose of export, you must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation, and that responsibility is solely yours. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to benefit and without intent to infringe on the holder of the mark. The Actiontec logo and all other distinctive logos, marks and graphic elements are trademarks of Actiontec Electronics, Inc. and are subject to applicable trademark protections.

Governing law

Transactions between you and Actiontec shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to the laws regarding conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement, the policies printed in the applicable Actiontec catalog, and the policies, terms and conditions stated on the applicable Actiontec invoice or packing slip constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and cannot be modified except in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, this Web site is presented solely for the purpose of promoting products available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. This site is controlled and operated by Actiontec Electronics , Inc. from its offices within the State of California, United States of America. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with laws governing export of software and other applicable laws, including local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Any litigation regarding this agreement or any transaction between customer and Actiontec shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California and customer hereby agrees and submits to such jurisdiction and venue as proper.
